| Pay Per Click |
| Each job you submit is assigned a per-click price. That price is
deducted from the job's budget each time a candidate clicks on the details of
the job. Multiple clicks are filtered out using our proprietary ClickScreenTM
technology. |

| Minimum Price: $0.05 per click |
| Pay Per Resume |
| Each time a candidate submits a resume to your job the resume lead
price you set is deducted from the job's budget. Candidates are not allowed to
submit the same resume to the same job. |
|
| Minimum Price: $1.00 per resume |
| Keyword PPC |
| You pick keywords that will trigger the display of your job. Each
keyword is assigned a bid price that is deducted from the budget assigned to
the job when a user clicks on the job listing. ClickScreenTM technology
prevents fraudulent clicks from getting through the system. If your keywords
don't match a search, then your job doesn't show up. |

How Does Performance Pricing Work For You?
4Cost: You decide how much
money to spend on each job listing. If a job isn't getting very much traffic,
then you don't have to front as much money as you would with a fixed commitment
pricing schedule.
4Better Exposure: Incentive
pricing places your jobs higher on the search results for targeted keywords. Is
your job specialized for a particular phrase or keyword? If so, then you can
make sure that YOU get placed at the top of the search results when job seekers
are looking for that keyword.
4Tighter Control: When you get
the candidate you want, you can turn off the job and your unused balance gets
pushed back into your account for use on other jobs! You don't get that with
fixed-priced job listings!
Keyword based incentive pricing eliminates erroneous hits on your
job listings. Candidates who are specifically targeting a type of job, such as
"Java" or "XML", will see your specialized job listing.
